  Bells were very helpful when I went to them for advice regarding a faulty washing machine that someone else locally had only partially diagnosed and not repaired (despite the call out charge). Carl, the engineer from Bells was friendly, informative and efficient and my machine is now working properly. It’s definitely worth getting someone who can be bothered to do the job properly and Bells did this. They give a morning or afternoon time slot, but also ring you 30 mins before arriving, so you can make your way home by the time they arrive, which I found useful. I would use them again and recommend them to others.
