  Got my partner's pearl ring re-sized here - since then the pearl detached many times and when we returned to query this the guy advised whoever fixed the ring had done a cowboy job, not realising it was them. He also said they don't keep records of their previous repairs so couldn't help... Blatantly untrue and even if it's somehow true, irresponsible.
