  *Poor Maintenance.
  *The walls aren't sound proof.
  *The doors slam too hard.
  *The smallest bathroom I have ever seen, which gets wet everytime you shower.
  
  *Very bad Wi-Fi, keeps disconnecting.
  *Poor equipment in the kitchen.
  *The gym is tiny and gets crowded so it's useless.
  
  *Overall the finishing of this accommodation is very terrible, not worth the price and I could have found something better for the same price or less.
  
  The only good thing about it is the location, it's very close to the centre.
