  Absolutely shocking service and customer care, I really can't find the words that I want to say about this place.
  One person,I think his name was Mike , service and engineering manager, looked down his nose at me after I had waited over 3 weeks to book my car in and just to be told that I had to book it back in and then after waiting from 11:30am to 530pm they didn't even fix the problem and after some lengthy conversation
  I was told to take the car somewhere else because it wasn't worth the hassle!! I am truly upset with how he spoke down to me and I can not believe I stood for this outrageous man they call a manager!!
  I will go further with this .
  Not a happy person.
  I would like to give zero star's.
