  was there today.. first time in for emergency building sand. I'm not a trade person told the team what i wanted and they were happy to let me shop on a one off . found the sand and it was cheaper than Jewsons that was shut on a sunday. All good

  bought some door handles and got 2 left ones went back to store they said no prob we will sort out and call you in a day or so. got a call 2 days later that they were ready for collection sent someone down to collect and they were read for collection. Was promised that in days now elapsed time is 7 days I would get a call waited and waited and on 12th days called the branch and they said oh it was me that dealt with your call someone forgot to call you and put them on the self in stored let me go and check. This is a very shoddy customer service 1( out of 10 for customer service) I am wondering if there is colour bias in this organisation???
