  Wow,
  I am really disappointing with this company we used them to help solve an issue with a third party software we was using apparently this is what they are good at, well not at all they did nothing I couldn't have done myself and then told me they cannot solve the issue just to stick me with a huge bill which is bad enough I then go on paternity leave and explained I would sort out the invoice on my return.
  
  I got back of maternity leave today to the below mwssage:
  
  "Hi Adam
  
  Congratulations on having a new arrival! Hope all is well
  
  When exactly are you returning from your paternity leave?
  
  Please let me know as the clock is still ticking on your invoice at the moment and for sure this doesn't have to become a court case."
  
  I am astonished a congratulations with a threat of a court case and the fact is they have done nothing for us, laughable really.
  
  I hope others can use this feedback to avoid being trapped into paying for time but no solution absolute joke.
